5. Shipping & Delivery

Handmade Items

  • Pre-made items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. Custom items made to order can take anywhere from a couple of days to a few weeks, depending on the material, complexity, size, and workload. For a more accurate production time, please reach out to discuss your custom order.
  • I currently ship handmade items only within the UK due to global uncertainties and changes.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days within the UK, depending on Royal Mail or courier services.
  • Tracking is provided where available.

Print-on-Demand Items

  • POD products are printed and shipped directly by my production partners who have several printing locations around the world.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically 5–10 working days for UK and EU orders.
  • You may receive a separate dispatch confirmation directly from the POD provider.

General Shipping Terms

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • I am not responsible for postal or courier delays, but I’ll always do my best to help resolve any issues.
  • Orders containing both handmade and POD items will arrive in separate packages.
